Sales Consultant / Business Development

What you will do

  • Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities with SMEs and startup founders.
  • Run discovery calls to understand client pain points and match them to DigitTal services.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline across digital strategy, finance, process optimisation and investment advisory.
  • Collaborate with partners to scope engagements and prepare proposals.
  • Represent DigitTal at industry events, startup communities and online forums.

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, business development or consulting sales.
  • Track record of closing mid-ticket services or consulting engagements.
  • Strong communicator — comfortable talking to founders, CFOs and operations leads.
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and clear targets.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
